Swedish Orient Line named Employer of the Year!

We are proud to announce that Swedish Orient Line has the most engaged employees among companies with up to 100 employees. This became evident when Brilliant Awards named Swedish Orient Line “Employer of the Year.”

Brilliant Awards — Employee Experience is an annual award for organizations that have successfully created a positive work environment resulting in high employee engagement. Among six finalists, Swedish Orient Line is the company with the highest level of employee engagement and can therefore be titled Employer of the Year.

The employee survey results show that Swedish Orient Line has highly engaged employees who feel full trust from the management. 100% of the employees state that they would recommend Swedish Orient Line as a workplace to a friend.

• 185 companies and 235,000 employee responses form the basis for the decision-making.
• A response rate of at least 80% is required to participate.
